Catie Armstrong
I bring project management and program development expertise in community engagement, education, and technology to your work. I've worked within diverse communities and with people of all ages here in Arizona, throughout the west, and back east. My passion is for collaboratively solving puzzles on a systems level to build community sustainability and resilience. I love collaborating on projects of all sizes to help people get where they need to go in work and life.
I started Found Pathways because I noticed a need for capacity building throughout my community and beyond. There were certain projects that needed to be executed in order for an organization or company to take their work to the next level, but their staff didn't necessarily have an expert in that field. I was able to step in to lead the project, build their capacity, and develop sustainability within their infrastructure. Through this opportunity to work on projects for multiple organizations simultaneously, I realized how much I enjoy converging different goals. Thus, Found Pathways was born. Being able to help people on their targeted needs fulfills me, and working towards multiple goals at one time brings diversity to my life. My work is never the same, always offers new challenges to overcome, and lends itself well for great collaborations!
My aim is to help you do the work that you need to do in order to better your workplace, community, and life. I look forward to helping you find unique and innovative ways to build your capacity, increase your impact, and forward your mission!
How We Can Work Together:
I can be contracted on a per-project or long term basis to either build a project from the ground up, or develop an existing program. I get to know your organization or company, your goals and objectives, and examine the systems within which you work. Then I strategically design solutions that meet your needs. My work takes place both remotely and in person.
